Joe did handle him like family, when the contract states you don’t get paid but you’re suspended and he still looked out for his mans. He might’ve had to speak to Ian but his mans knew his situation and still held him down. That’s family shit, you’re down and I’m not fucking with you but I’ll make sure you’re good as I can.

Flip had a chance to go on and get into major wrestling but had some family issues to deal with. He’s gotten other opportunities that he’s turned down per his words Ian put him on. He’s been out in good spots to get his shit up.

Flip literally asked Joseph how much he made on air like a bird. Joe actually said how many figures he made per year & Joseph looked annoyed af because Flip pretends him pocket watching Joseph "Is all an act" which is big CAP! Flip knows what he makes off of his content and seems to feel that as much content he puts out in different areas and he's probably wonder why there is still such a big gap in what he does income wise vs what Joseph does income wise. Flip over the past 10 months have made Joe the reason why he's seeing a decline in some of his viewership which will bring resentment on his behalf sadly.

What the JBP needs to realize is that channels like this, or Reddit threads etc are needed to grow the pods. It keeps the real fans locked in and engaged. The JBP needs to get over their feelings regarding reactions. It’s a ecosystem and they are needed
People need to understand this is a job and you are an employee. If an employee is not meeting the requirements of the contract or behaving inappropriately, then there are consequences. Friendships be damned.
Danny your line of reasoning doesn’t make sense. Let me explain if flip knew he was getting paid which he did, during the suspension. Then why would he be making content during the break to make up for the money that he’s still getting paid? He obviously had more time on his hands and decided to spend that time on focusing on his channel and at worse just doubling up on his bread since there’s no pod to go to.
It was the Patreon episode when Flip said Mel held down her sexual abuser ...which was out of line because she has talked about not coming forward about sexual abuser because she was protecting her mental health not protecting the abuser...The JBtv community was pissed tf off about that.

There's no real friendship in business, queens flip learning the hard way, it's sad... Why people act like JBP is under someone network contract . The pod is going no where. People love prayer for Joe's downfall. Joe definitely messed up by still paying Flip during the suspension. Flip may really need the bread so it shows Joe is somewhat of a good guy but by admitting that publicly he now has to pay anyone else if they get suspended or it will cause bigger morale issues However I can't see anyone else on the show getting suspended besides Flip or Mel 😅
4:00 you answered your own question. Why would Joe pay Flip while he’s suspended when the contract states Flip shouldn’t get paid if suspended? Because Joe knows the narrative when Flip inevitably leaves or is fired from the pod will be “the JBP loses another member…” narrative so the king of spin has to proactively ensure he paints himself in a certain light so that it looks like he is the one overextending himself and taking caring of all these ungrateful teammates. Which may be true but what also seems true is Joe is an insufferable person to work with/be around. He just seems exhausting to interact with on a regular basis. Flip may be trying to get fired at this point.
