Them: "Ice don't bother nobody" Ice: Trolls rappers, artists, black women, etc for 10+ years on Twitter for absolutely no reason How can you expect people to go easy on you when you when you become a public figure but you attacked people for years who weren't bothering you at all? And thought it was funny. Karma always does her thing.
MAAAAAN!!!!!!! I been saying this…a lotta those folks from the golden era of Black Twitter were great on Twitter but then when they got a mic or a camera in front of them (Charlemagne’s first VH1 show) they were terrible. Other than Tax, most proved not to be as entertaining when they weren’t typing.
Which is why Emanny saying that simply based on the fact that Ice is on the pod, that this somehow makes Ice a better broadcaster than others, or better than the people who criticize him. Ice is on the pod based on his relationship with Joe. It’s not like Ice came to the pod with an expertise, and just because you are on the pod doesn’t make you an elite podcaster. I’ve always said Ice’s “i’m not a podcaster” stance was just a built in excuse to shield him from criticism!
@@angelusgnz5784Not sure what makes you think that it is serious at all. I’m commenting on a video that is analyzing the podcast. As for not listening, I certainly don’t listen to it, the way I did the previous iteration, but when I do listen, Ice is not good! It’s not a myth, or a fan narrative!
It’s unbelievable that this RU-vid channel causes this much stress for the bigger platform. If they really dont care, like they say they dont, I don’t even see why they communicate with you at all. These videos must keep them up at night lol
On the last patreon ice left the room for like 30 minutes & when he came back I was genuinely surprised. The rest of that cast is so much more entertaining that he can leave the room for half an hour and nobody would even notice…….shows how little he contributes to the pod of your presence isn’t even noticed to begin with lol
@@TheStop that’s not a fact, it’s a possible reason. Another possible reason is they’re tired of someone taking cheap shots at someone who has shown significant progress. Even in your videos, you admit ice is getting better.
I don't see how Ice is getting better??? They don't EVER ask him for his take, they never joke with him, they cut him off & never circle back.. I wish they would jus mute him when he talks

Joe lets his friendship with Ice cloud his judgement on Ice’s ability to add to the pod. Nobody hates on Ice, we just think someone else could fill the spot better.
HE thinks someone else would be better on the pod. The same way he claims women be in his ear about how much better of a job they could do than Mel. I’m sure Joes sentiments are the same.
Everything Joe said was facts, you don’t say nothing of optimism, nothing positive it’s like just pure judging negatively, and they make up your RU-vid smh.

regardless how you feel about Ice, your work still benefits the pod as a whole. they wouldn’t be doing these twitter spaces to keep up the conversation if it didn’t.

Joe, and Emanny was in they bag on that "700 Club" Spaces 💯 Joe made a few Valid points because Ice has Definitely Improved as a Podcaster‼️ While I do think he has a lot of work to do to be even better... He is Trying and My critique is that he just steps on topics when he thinks that something's too personal for him to talk about‼️He Shouldn't be like that on a Podcast like the JBP because Everybody since his inception has always been Open and Ice should Continue that Tradition 💯 I'm NOT an Ice Hater, and sometimes people can take it too far, but he is Not above Criticism from the Fans of the Pod, as long as everybody keeps it respectful 🤨
I love how you keep your composure. Emannys tone and emotional response can lead the conversation to go elsewhere but you constantly reiterate your points with logic and a calming demeanor
The fact that Danny has Joe on the proverbial ropes so much that Joe has to actually come out and speak up for the "Ice is a trash podder" narrative which was exposed by Danny from the stop is a major silent validation from the JBP towards DFTS. Keep em on their toes, Danny💯🤣
I def didn’t like him when he was making a few appearances, and then when they first started after Rory and Mal left. Ice grew on me he comes off as the most relatable nd I think he has the most improvement out of everyone that’s new he barely hesitate to start the topic read and or respond and give his take lately he’s come off as the most prepared as well so salute to Ice, got to give it to him.
I’m glad you’re taking this route of showing things you deem as Ice being bad because without it, it does come off as personal because you do be shooting at Ice when the video don’t even have anything to do with him 😂😂

Joe calling the fans critique of Ice lazy is wild considering the fact that this podcast overall has been lazy and azz. I Always said as soon as people get money, the product becomes corny and watered down because the hunger isn't there anymore but you still have to entertain the fans and he's failing at that too.
Ice is getting better so might have admit defeat soon Danny. Nothing wrong with being wrong, but there is something wrong with committing to being wrong after you know you’re wrong
@ziqaustin because if he is getting better, shouldn't that be the focus? If LeBron had a rough few years in the league, but is now one of the greatest, would it make sense to keep bringing up how he was in the beginning?
I don't know..everyone up there seem to play a part..ice usually chime in with additional info when it come to things like hip hop and pop culture..I think ya'll feel like he panders...but if there was no push back on certain things it would be an echo chamber pod like most of the pods out there. So I don't mind it..i also feel like ice is the common man of the show along with ish..everyone else is either content creator's or industry folk...like when joe say something thats out of touch with general public..ice is usually the one to correct it..thats makes more interesting..for me anyway.

they treat him like a MAKE A WISH kid that they let on the show. they don't go at him because they feel bad for this nerd. and hes too sensitive to joke with. but at the same time, danny from the stop is a nerd cut from the same cloth as ICE. thats probably why he attacks him so much, Big Diabetes sees himself in Big Ice and hates it.
I think you made valid points, Danny.....and Joe, for all intents and purposes, gave your POV some credence. Now, you should STOP going after Ice unless your criticism is relevant or has a new perspective. Continuing to go at Ice will start to turn and feel personal, petty, and obsessive.😂. I kinda get Joe's first point at the beginning of the video. You do bring up Ice in topics that have nothing to do with Ice. Point in case at the end of one of your videos you made a joke saying you met Bernice Burgos at the club but didn't take a picture because you didn't want people thinking y'all were together. That was a shot at when Ice said he didn't take a pic next to Mel because he didn't want people thinking anything about the two. At the end of the day, it's your content and you can do what you want but I can't blame them for if they feel like you're going out of your way to take jabs at Ice. I personally don't feel he's bad as y'all make him seem. He's not my favorite but he's just fine as a podcaster. In my personal opinion Flip is the worst one. Too many podcasts have been derailed because of him and his ego or contract talks. I'm ready for Flip to leave and do something elsewhere. But that's just my opinion.
@@TheStop I understand it's a bit and I ain't even saying you haven't made some valid points at times. But I think you're leaning a lot on that bit and especially since you know it brothers Ice. It can come off as it's personal. I'm never going to say Ice is my favorite or the best but I think he's just fine as a podcaster. But I think Ice's true value on the podcast is him being a chemistry guy. Lot of podcasting is chemistry and getting along with your cohosts and given how lot of Joe's cohosts relationship have gone, it helps to have one guy on the pod that isn't going to leave you totally on an island stranded. And that can boost morale.
Danny we as supporters of the pod are all with you about Ice. You are doing great work and you do not make it personal. He’s not an entertainer nor a decent Podder. Emanny is just like Ice, he’s going to echo whatever Joe says to get the check. His sentiments were different when he wasn’t paid by Joe. (Tell The Truth) 01:30 Mark. I’m convinced Ice has some dirt on Joe, cause this is egregious.

I think you are overdoing it. Ice does bring value to the pod. He probably the most culturally informed and versatile on the pod. He can literally speak on any topic that some the the podders can’t speak on. He can speak on sports where Flip and M4 lacks at. He brings thing up current events that most people don’t be informed in. He has good break downs on hip hop and tv series. So I don’t get the notion that ICE is not a good podders
Either these are all passionate fans that claim to hate Joe and his podcast but have a takes on his podcast the second they come out or they’re just hate-watching. Either way, yall running the number up for Joe
I think you have a point Danny. However, I believe you need to put it in perspective. Ice may be the weakest link but he’s the weakest link on the best Podcast Network. Every team has role players. I think there is an art to playing your position and knowing you’re not the superstar.

Ice is actually one of my favorites on the show and i have watched the podcast since the first drug-filled drake rant....seeing this comment section i might be the only one i guess lol.... but why you so hard on ice though...i think the 6 mics system works well with them
The weakest link on the pod is Queensflip and it’s not even close; if the pod didn’t have Flip, he wouldn’t be missed. ICE is solid and he is professional like you said; no one is perfect and his input and convos don’t hurt the show. The Stop is fire 🔥, stay fair 🙏
