Nah, y’all gotta come back and give it a proper review. This album definitely requires multiple listens to fully adjust to the flow of it in terms of the sequencing and beat switches, but it gets better and better

Haven't even listened to the whole album yet but my God this guy some absolute slaps on this. That track that's called nunu is bonkers, completely stuck playing that all day thus far. Schoolboy Q has always been the best artist in TDE apart from Kendrick to me, Probably might be the rap album of the year this year and it'll take something special to beat this album.

I just discovered Q before the album was announced. I was hype for the album, but after the 1st listen I was like, "This shit is wack!" But I couldn't stop thinking about for days. After my 2nd listen, I was hooked. "This shit is dope!!!"

He said “B Sides” but he meant “deep cuts”, as in, songs that appeal more to longtime fans rather than casual fans. Basically he was saying it’s more true to his actual sound, with not much focus on making “hits” that would appeal to a wider audience.

Habits and Contradictions is my favorite Q album. That album is still in my day to day rotation. With that being said, Blue Lips didn’t wow me on the first listen. I like ‘Thank God for Me’, but I gotta dedicate some time to listen to this album because it’s all over the place. I was hoping the track with Rico Nasty was longer.
