This review let me know that Drake gotta be the most sensitive artist at the top. Not everyone is gonna like everything about the Album, and all criticisms should be taken just as that and not personally. He didn’t even respond this crazy to Joe when he dropped them diss TRACKS on him 7 years ago. All and all he gotta tighten up, Joe gave mad props and didn’t deserve Drake shittin on him.

I expect an r&b album from Drake. I think their expectations for Drake are too high. Drake has never shifted the culture or put that much emphasis on rap alone. They keep expecting him to do something different, and he’s consistent with what he gives us even though the material has been on the decline for years now. I had this same feeling until what mel said , For all the dogs didnt mean the "boys" like joe said our bad, but drake means dog as b*tches which also goes with the theme of previous albums & drake whole discography... he talking to girls, i replayed the album back from that perspective ... it drastically improved the album for me. A lot of people aren't going back and replaying a 20+ song album. Too damn long. If this would've been 15 songs max including skits then this would've been a great album to me.

I feel like if he tightened up the album up to like 13-15 tracks. Hell even if it was everything up to 8am the album would be better. Artists have gotten kinda crazy in the streaming era with bloated albums intended to increase overall streams

Understandable, but is there realistically any album you're just replaying in your free time front to back outside of the select few classics? Everytime an artist release albums, the trend is to simply grab the ones you enjoyed and add it to whatever playlist or library you own. Very rarely would someone go back and listen to a full album front and back when they want to hear a specific song. Especially someone with such a large discography like Drake

@@woekage I go back and listen to full albums pretty much weekly. They're usually the shorter albums that were made to listen to with the tracklist in order. But yeah I do know that's pretty uncommon.

Just because an album is the most streamed does not mean that it is a good album. Drake is a huge artist. People just listened to see if its a good album

This is a great R&B album. Not a rap album. The problem is everyone had expectations that it was going to be a rap album because of the name. A couple of listens and it grows on you more and more
