The part I hate about this topic is everybody trying to spoon feed everything but the cold truth. Stop taking short cuts. Hit the gym and diet. Stop taking shortcuts just to feel pretty. Be a adult and seek help if you don’t feel good enough. Don’t end up in a casket at a early age just because of you comparing yourself to stupid Instagram That’s full of toxic individuals who shouldn’t even matter in your life. It’s more to a person than a body. Learning to be satisfied in life is what will truly help you survive in this world and truly be happier. Life is reality, not a cartoon to where you can just make everything what you want it to be.

QUEENS in the world you are beautiful before & after! Having children know that God loves you more than how society perceives you. A man or a woman. You are worth it. Pressure will always apply . I agree with Mel, but if a person is planning on getting surgery, he or she should do more research. Check to see if they are board certified, which is publicly accessible and you can just Google them.

Stop being selfish and understand that once you have a child your life no longer revolves around you, it is time to be a mother. Play and run with your kids include them in your exercise routine and you will all benefit. God be with them in this difficult time.

But why was she in a hotel by herself? With those type of extensive procedures, why would a doctor believe the patient was okay to be "discharged" and not monitored by medical professionals? She died alone in a hotel..

I met a woman once who spent her, and her two daughters covid money on a BBL in Miami. And instead of paying for a nurse for aftercare, she made her 13 and 8 year old do her drains. She said 2 months after the surgery her stomach still hurt and she could barely eat Apples and crackers and water. And she has to get massages once or twice a week. It felt to me she may need medical attention from the pain she was experiencing.

This is one of those ones that just doesnt sit right with me. Super sad 💔 What a loss

The doctor was not Plastic Board Certified. A lot and probably your favorite “ plastic surgeon “ is not Plastic board certified. I went to a surgeon in Florida. This man is known for teaching classes and going around the world to teach classes and educate people on how to do the BBL’s. I found out he’s not plastic board-certified either. I thought there was only one board to look at that is the American board of doctors and surgeons. I had no idea there was a whole Nother board that I needed to verify until the passing of JackyOh.

What’s sad is you hear how women are pressured to look a certain way and will risk their life to be todays idea of beautiful but men don’t necessarily worry or have to conform to it. It’s sad that some men only see a woman with bbl or small waist and big boobs as attractive but it’s just the physical appearance not the person’s personality or soul. We need to adjust what makes a person attractive or beautiful..it’s not about what you look like but who you are within and that’s what women and young girls need to be told. Don’t risk your life to conform to social media or men’s idea of what makes you beautiful physically. Men should save their partners and say I love you for who you are not for your body, if you don’t like something then let’s workout or do it in a way where you don’t have to worry about dying in the process. Everyone has a part in topics like this. We women need to uplift and be there for each other instead of competing and putting each other down. Men need to reassure women that’s the flesh/physical body is not the definition of beauty. Doctors/surgeons need to be upfront and honest instead of taking advantage of a woman who just had a baby and wanting to get a snap back body. The whole thing is sad and now those babies are going to grow up without a mom. I hope dc tells his daughters that they don’t need to do anything like surgery or change their body to be considered beautiful. We as people need to be better and do better. RIP Jackie

Hi I’m an MSN nurse and I do want to clarify that surgeons and doctors are completely different and Melissa was misinforming people by saying that a GYN can do plastic surgery if they took a weekend course. That is absolutely NOT TRUE. - just wanted to clarify that’s all!

If you ever plan on doing surgery ALWAYS ALWAYS do it in a hospital not a plastic surgeons facility
