Lyrics :
Two train tickets into LA
One round trip the other way
I get the feeling where a feather falls
I get the feeling when tomorrow calls
We'll be calling for love
Home trip, ticket to sail away
Hand grip, Hitchcock railway
Soft ride, made for comfort
Been tried, guaranteed password
Hitchcock railway
Don't you fail to pay
I'm gonna ride to testify
Save my soul into your mind
Good stop, good day
Hitchcock railway
Free fare, conductor's coming
Prepare, better start running
On time, hold that foodline
Stateline, I've been convicted
Good stop, good day
Hitchcock railway
Two train tickets back into LA
One round trip the other way
I get the feeling where a feather falls
I get the feeling when tomorrow calls
We'll be calling for love
Home trip, ticket to sail away
Hitchcock railway,
Made for comfort,
Guaranteed password,
Hitchcock railway
Don't you fail to pay
I'm gonna ride to testify
Save my soul into your mind
Good stop, good day
Hitchcock railway
Piano Solo :
I'm gonna buy myself a ticket
I'll be on that train tonight
On that loving train
On the train of freedom
We'll be movin' on,
On that loving train tonight,
We'll be movin' on,
On that loving train tonight
Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaa........
We'll be movin' on,
On that loving train tonight,
We'll be movin' on,
On that loving train tonight,
Good stop, good day
Hitchcock railway!

when many entertainers reach the end of their careers they are reduced to just them and an acoustic guitar; I am glad Joe was in full back up band and rocking the crowds; de deserved that; RIP Joe

Fantastic! Many years ago I remember my father coming home with the "Joe Cocker" and "With A Little Help From My Friends" Albums. This is one of my favorite songs that Joe Cocker sings. This brings back some great memories.

There is not a band today that could keep up with this spectacular piece of work. Everybody is so tight and energetic. The back up singers are utterly in a place of there own, and Joe lets everybody do thier job. AND THEY DO IT FLAWLESSLY!!!!

I was 17 and attended Woodstock..Joe was A W E S O M E..... being born in Woodstock, Illinois I had to go...got grounded for the rest of my minor life when I got home but...the experience was one of the best I had back .. my dad was great...i had already upset him when I was in Grant Park in Chicago for the riots....i may be 63 now but I would NEVER change anything I did back then....

Joe was AWESOME at Woodstock 1969~~~ I was 17 and saw him...heard him...and, yes, i am sad he is gone. He was incredibly kind, and personable!! after his time on stage back at that concert...he was kind to those who came around to visit him...yes...woodstock was a shithole when the rains came but it was one of the best experiences I went thru and it was worth being grounded for my senior year in high school when I got home to north Chicago...even my dad (he died in 1996) told me he was surprised but enamored that I had the guts to do that. I can't wait to see my dad in heaven and get and give big hugs...

@cydneywayne I can't imagine what it must have been like to be a part of this. I could watch and listen forever. I feel priveleged just to type to you, Cydney. You all are just the cream of the entertainment crop. And I love seeing what Joe has done with his life, both onstage and off. It takes special people to put this much art into a performance. Or maybe it's just who you all are.

Seen Joe every gig down under and also in the USA but this band undoubtedly the hottest and gifted groups he ever had ,i play keyboards and I can’t even get anywhere near the class and skill Chris Stainton has in this track .The only guy close was Nicky Hopkins RIP another one of Joe,s great piano players along with Leon of course .

@cydneywayne Hi Cydney, I'm just an old rocker - I went to school with Mick Jagger, but these live performances with Joe Cocker, brilliantly arranged, performed by really great musicians, with great, sexy back up dancers are my all time favourites. Particularly "Unchain my Heart" and My Love is Alive". I was in the audience for the recording of "All You Need is Love"in 1967 and this looks like it matched it for atmosphere. Congratulations on being a part of it.
