The browns usually flame out pretty quick so I just choose a team with a cool logo to bandwagon every playoff season. It’s weird that we’re in it this year
Joe Flacco is one of the most inventive, resourceful QB's in pro football. Calm and cool with a laser beam throwing arm. Also, modest and genuine. We all could take a lesson. Makes me proud to be from Cleveland..
He is so calm and mature. Very dangerous post season. Browns are ones to watch and I wish them luck. As a Houston fan I know what its like to starve for a championship in the NFL. Cheers 🍻 & Goodluck
My friend gave up his fandom because the owners sold their soul essentially for Watson; I’m no judge but having that many sexual misconduct cases against the him I wouldn’t sign a player like that. Now Flacco comes in and I feel for them
I said it after week 3 something I noticed and I'll say it again. The Browns secondary is the best in the league. Its one of the biggest reasons why their team's defense is so scary. They pressure QBs and feast on the frantic throws. The Brown defensive line has excellent conditioning. They have a shot at the Lombardi if they can stop getting injured every week.
@@nuckels188 I would rather him throw picks, coming off the street with so little prep time, and stay aggressive downfield and giving receivers a chance on jump balls and establishing a rhythm then sign any of these limp armed backup QB's who know precisely where to throw to ensure 3 yards on a 3rd and 10. I think its refreshing to me to see a guy play free and loose like he does and I think a lot of fans are resonating with that experience as well. For me, who liked watching him in Baltimore, I think I'm most impressed by his ability to fight through the rush and move. He looks more athletic and determined these last couple games then he has in years. And of course, guys always had a big arm but its impressive its held up this late in his career! I love seeing him rejuvenated and its a great story for him and the city.
@@Gungho73 i always liked him. Ballsy style that's entertaining to watch. I became a ravens fan in the height of the patriots success era and during that era the ravens were definitively more fun to watch than anyone else. Fuck the pats and their pussy ass little slant routes lol
As a chiefs fan i wouldnt be upset seeing this man take a team thats so deprived of a championship to actually pull one out of the hat we call football and bring cleveland its first championship. Im rooting from the outside good luck this playoff season browns!
All Browns fans deserve a personalized engraved gold plaque for having endured for such a long long LONG time. It's the closest thing to sports purgatory I can think of. I so sorry for the hope and pain. Remember 'the fumble' .. Curtis Byner? The game called by Dick Enburg. Oh My!!!! I will make you your gold plaque. Should I mail it to the Cleveland post office where you can pick it up? I'm sure the people at the Post Office will appreciate seeing it before you take it home to mount above the fireplace. Go Brownies 💪
"First championship" I know you mean Superbowls but we did win 4 NFL championships in the 50s and 60s. It sounds strange but the Browns had a dynasty in the 50s.
As a die hard Ravens fan I still have so much love and respect for Joe Flacco. I just don't want the Ravens to have to face him in the playoffs because right now Joe is playing elite football and could crush the Ravens. What a terrible predicament!
No he couldn't crush the Ravens! Your respect and love for Flacco don't have to reach the delusional realm. Ravens haven't even played they're best game yet.
Ravens fan here. I couldn't believe how Joe never garnered the respect here that he deserved. He had some of the worst supporting cast/crew from players and coaches, and he took some brutal shots here because of the lousy O-line, yet he never complained. He's old school and I honestly wish him the best.
@@jamesswain2465 When they suck, NOT when they carry the team on their back and win a Super Bowl and Super Bowl MVP AND conduct themselves honorably. Joe did ALL of those things and still got a ton of crap. Hell, he's STILL getting the old "Yeah, that TE was really his security blanket in the win over the Jets". BART effin SCOTT, a FORMER TEAM MATE! It's STILL going on!
He never threw for 300 yards, 4 games in a row here. That's why lol He won us a Super Bowl. He will always be respected here. Saying he wasn't isn't true at all. But yeah, it was time to move on. Just sorry that it took him so long after leaving to find a fitting home. Happy for Joe. He deserves this.
Joe is such a CLASS ACT. I've met him down the Jersey Shore area, we spoke for 10 minutes and just the Best Gentleman one can be. He always asking about the person he talking to or that persons family. One time, he asked me hoe my sons Hockey career was going, Unreal , he met my son 1 time , but he Remembered . Great guy - Keep Winning Joe
As a Baltimore fan I am amazed at people in the Baltimore area that are dumping on Joe. He became one of my all time favorite players ever in football and was nothing but good for the Ravens. I’ve alway rooted for the guy to succeed once he left the Ravens. He’s just a flat out good guy.
@@alextrabeck9143 Flacco was 22 of 33 287 yards 3 tds no picks with a rating of 124. The Ravens rushed for a total of 93 yards. Ray Rice also had a big fumble in the 3rd quarter. Also poor coverage of a punt return set the 49ers up at the 20 yard line of Baltimore for an easy 2 play touchdown drive that closed the game to within 8 points. The defense gave up 468 total yards and was fortunate no penalty was called on the 4th down but they somehow saved his ass. Yeah looks like Joe didn’t do anything in the game and needed help.
He best believe it!!He is their HERO!!It literally got me almost choked up to see his face when they were chanting his name! The man is amazing and SO humble. This is the stuff that makes football great!I truly am happy for this man and this team and hope they make it all the way.GETIT BROWNS!!!🗣️👏🏻🐐
I cringe for Joe when he has to answer these stupid questions. "How did it feel to have 4 little #15 jerseys following you on the field??" "OH, you mean my boys?" Actually it was horrific. I tried to get away from them, but i couldnt lose them! Come on, How do you think it made him feel. Smh.
The way he not only throws to his open receivers but he throws his receivers open...the way he diagnoses the pressure and just simply steps to the side a few feet and delivers a strike rt where that blitzing defender would be guarding...this is what an elite QB does
The whole Cleveland Browns organization deserve a lot of respect this season for doing it together from The head office to the grounds crew, this season feels so special that you can't help but to cheer for this team, organization ect.and still I say that The Dawgs are ready to take it one damn game at a time even in the playoffs. Who's next!!! Go Browns!!!
The experiance as a man and player in this league shines greatly with Joe still. Dam near perfect timing in the season for a vetted SB winning QB to warm up and utilize his experiance. Loving, enjoying AND appreciating the game is widley evident within Joe. We are enjoying the ride. Flacco 'round and find out! Go Browns!
Crazy to think that Joe Flacco spent most of his career as a Raven and will get into the Hall of Fame for all he did as a Raven, but he may play one year in Cleveland and end his career as a Brown, and forever be a Browns legend for what hes done.
Dude, just imagine if the Browns go on a magical Superbowl run with the very man who holds pretty much all the QB records, and a Superbowl ring, for the team that Art Modell drove out of Cleveland in 1995. I'm not even a Browns fan & I'm kinda rooting for this to happen.
I don't know how flacco never won mvp with the ravens even tho he won two super bowls and playoff games I feel like he deserves his flowers he's very underrated and has been playing fantastic for the browns always has played great
I'm a die hard Jets fan but I have to say, I'm not upset. Why should I be? My team will always suck and it's nice to see a guy who genuinely loves football get an opportunity to bring a team that hasn't had a whole lot of success to a potential Super Bowl championship. Can't hate on this guy, he did what he was supposed to do and good for Cleveland fans, I hope they go far.
crazy part is the Jets were in the same spot to make a run with competent veteran QB play. They never planned to let Joe do what he does best like Browns are doing. His IQ is off charts and they are limiting his mobility short comings. Jets blew it.
One thing ive always liked about flacco is he is layed back and chill . Like the quiet kid in class but is cool asf. And whenever he celebrates its enjoyable to watch him, even the Announcers laugh in excitement to see flacco excited. He deserves what he has going on in Cleveland this season. Former Raven 💪 . Will always be a Raven.
Flacco got nothing to lose thats why he ballin so hard and its literally working for him even if he cam back and was bad it would even matter cause of how old he is, I'm glad he's doing amazing rn
The sad thing is he will be gone next season and we are stuck with watson mr fragile the offense looks so much better with joe than watson so we must enjoy it now next season with watson not sure if we can make playoffs
damn, impossible not to like this guy. So humble and good guy. His football IQ off the charts. I can support Flacco led Browns once Steelers are officially done. Fun to watch.
Jim Brown- I'm that old, yes- would have recognized this team and its efforts. They play the team game across the spectrum and Flacco has emerged as the precipitating factor. They play for each other and Brown would have said this is a team he could run for. A playoff spot, momentum and a hardass, football playing guardian angel to overwatch the march through season's end to the playoffs. Yep, he'd be proud of this team that wears his number in remembrance and wherever he is he's cheering on this ageless QB and the team he plays for. Go Browns! From Vancouver, BC.
The great Cleveland Browns Fans have been devoted and have waited for THIS BROWNS TEAM FOR A LONG TIME! See what you've been missing here JOE! HORAAA!👍👉🏆2024!
So happy for you Joe. Loved it when you played with our Ravens. Wish you the best. It would really be something if the Browns played us one more time. Just wish I could be there if that happens.
You know I never really followed Joe very close until he came here and yes he is on fire at the QB position for us, but actually listening to him he just seems great guy and deserving of being able to play some good football and glad the city and fans are able to enjoy it along with him!
As a Ravens fan,I gotta say, watch out for Joe in the playoffs. He is cool, calm and collected under pressure, and with that Cleveland DEFENSE< they may go all the way. GO, JOE, GO!!!
As a fan of the Jets (God only knows why), I’m happy for Flacco. And I’m glad he escaped the Stalag that is the New York Jets and Commandant Woody Klink.
he beat David mills, Trevor siemian, Justin fields, and Trevor Lawrence. He should be starting in the NFL for sure those are some ELITE QBs. IDK what people were seeing from 2018-2022 he was a BEAST
@John.Christopher No shit, to win the game. Don't know what that has to do with Flacco having great stats because he faced those particular qbs though.
They act like Flacco didn't win a Super Bowl. I'm sure he's enjoyingthis run, but he's reached the pinnacle of pro football already, and that was probably the highlight of his career.
I’m hoping for a browns vs ravens playoff matchup and a lions vs rams one, as a jets fan who can relate to franchises who have struggled I want a lions vs browns Super Bowl.
Flaco we f****** love you and we need you I've never seen the Browns look so good we always had great players but never a great quarterback so it can never show their full potential if you guys actually win the Superbowl I have to quit smoking cigarettes I made that agreement when I graduated and I'm 44 I graduated in 1997 and if you guys when the Super Bowl I will commit to but regardless this is the greatest year I've seen R Browns after all the injuries no kicker you come out of retirement connect with the team this is exactly what Cleveland needs we need a Super Bowl it's been too long I don't want to die not seeing a Super Bowl victory please give us this if not next year for sure
I remember him turning on God mode for a championship for my ravens YEARS ago. So glad to see him out here balling again, but I'm terrified of him beating the ravens in playoffs😂
And to think he spent so many years destroying Cleveland on the field while balling out for the Ravens and now they’re chanting his name. Happy to see him doing so well.
