Is this whole sneaker collecting thing the reason that I can't buy any 993s in my size? I used to buy one or two pairs a year but the last time I successfully bought a pair (for half of the price they go for today) was in July of 2019. Since spring 2020 I have checked the New Balance website monthly or sometimes even weekly and my size is always out. I have tried everything short of booking a plane trip to Boston and speaking to them in person with zero success. The 800 number is useless, the stores have no control over the inventory they get and everyone along the way is either powerless or mum. If anyone has a contact inside New Balance that can get me some answers I would be eternally grateful as my now 3 year old shoes are gross and the 990s I were able to snag aren't in the same class as the 993 at all. Thanks!
