Top Class Boxing recently visited Ten Goose Boxing Gym where in this video we were able to witness the hand wrapping with a little twist of John Molina by trainer Joe Goosen.
The knuckle pad which is used by Molina is unconventional from most common methods as he used Toilet Paper instead of the conventional gauze or cotton wool.

This is for training were taping the knuckles is 100% ok for those who are knocking it as illegal

You can’t put tape on the knuckles. Have to be an inch below it. Very dangerous that’s why it’s illegal.

can u tell me why is it dangerous when u tape on the knuckles pads? Like what's the risk ?

@@ismaelelorch7755my assumption would be because when the punch lands and there is something like tape or plaster over the knuckles it could cause major damage to the opponent. I could be wrong but that’s my assumption

You can't tape the knuckles in California. Tape has to be at least an inch away from the point of the knuckles.
