Her campaign chairperson Mayor London Breed contacted me and many other Black Clergy for her first endorsements. I was happy to endorse her when she was not a nationally known leader. Her pastor Dr. Amos Brown is not a quiet preacher, he fights for justice! She will not turn on him like Barak Obama turned on Jeremiah Wright.

This reinforces my support for Harris. I quit my church I'd been going to for 7 years because I was called ignorant in front of the men's Bible study group. I had expressed my annoyance that they spent more time talking about how great Trump was than they did studying the Bible. Hearing Kamala talk about her Christian upbringing sets my mind at ease. I trust her even more now.

Most of the people that loudly claim christian religion have not read the bible - in it says to become wise and remain humble and that true believers exercise their faith and relationship with god quietly and privately - they do not make a public display of their faith.
