Mwafrica, I genuinely appreciate your adept critical thinking skills. Having interacted with a considerable number of Kenyans, I've noticed a prevalent trend: a significant portion of the populace tends to lack the utilization of critical thinking, as evidenced by the majority of comments here. This deficiency in critical thinking is unfortunately mirrored in the leaders they elect, where integrity seems to be lacking. Furthermore, it's evident that a considerable segment of the Kenyan population is affected by what can be termed as the "poverty syndrome." This phenomenon not only impedes critical thinking but also fosters feelings of envy and resentment towards those who have achieved success in life. Such sentiments are symptomatic of broader societal challenges that warrant attention and remediation.
I just love the fact Iko nini takes time to analyse the facts. This ain't your ordinary podcast.... Here we look at the facts before making assumptions.🎉🎉🎉🎉
@@trendinggossip8692 We may never know whatever transpired but as I know him he was never a proud guy. Took me a while to even realise his job despite knowing him for years. But fact remains that he is never coming back. That's just the saddest bit of it
The late was alive... and possibly able to communicate with family and friends... from Friday to Thursday?... My point... during that period he divulged in detail the incident and able to elaborate how he was hurt... it is possible the Late is (now... WAS) relying on the DJ to help him and his family identify the culprits on his behalf... because the DJ is the only person he can/ could positively identify... that is to imply... he might have mentioned the DJ not as the person who assaulted him but how all started... DJ is possibly a STAR WITNESS... LASTLY... it is true... people wish calamity to those who are successful... beautiful...
For real. People say it's good to have one cop friend, but in a corrupt country, I'd say that's the worst mistake you can ever make. I'd rather be on the right side of the law, so that I don't ever need to call that cop friend. Hawa watu huwa heartless. Watakuseti tu na hawatajali.
Mwafrika, you are telling the truth. Mazee i love the thinking. I have intermingled with Joe mfalme sana and he is so good. Very very calm and very collected.
Very clear analysis from iko nini team, you guys spoke based on critical thinking on this matter and the nation daily clearly enlightened your earlier opinion on this matter. Great analysis once again iko nini team. Keep giving us factual content like this. 👊
Basically in Kenya when someone is killed, justice will depend on who the person was in life. If the deceased was for example a teacher, bank clerk etc then this would not be even in the limelight.
DJ.Joe is very a disciplined entertainer even in the most tricky circumstances, we can all see the cover up here, police pia wapunguze kuvuruga wasee unnecessarily, ona wameua one of their own.
A simple accident in a parking lot caused a death? Why do we sometimes have violence after an accident? This is very sad and unfortunate, and we hope the people responsible will face the law!
I think mwaf u need a legal expert in your team convo coz some of your takes can be misinformed. However, when the security aparratus realise there is a celebrity or politician involved whether directly or indirectly as a person of interest, they are quick to get the famous name to make headlines and it can ruin lives. Keep up with the good work Channel iko nini iko juu
Kenyans are a law abiding citizens, but most of the times, we are acting lawlessly. I think this case is going to teach many Kenyans including our uniformed men lessons. May justice prevail.
You are still biased in your view. Kama gari ilikuwa scratched ni ya Joe. He obviously had to kuuliza rada ni gani?? Mbona unascratch gari yangu...Then of course he Mfalme had the upper hand in that situation/environment so the bouncers walijump the DCI officer on behalf of the DJ.Mko biased and that's a fact
I have never seen anyone being assaulted for scratching a car. Unless the person becomes unreasonable when drunk. There's no reason cops would assault you for scratching a car that is someone else's, they have no emotional investment in it
@Mwaf do your thing and dissect it your way. Emotions lazma ziwe, but intelligent emotions 😂. I was looking for this perspective and I wish DJ Joe well.
You have to accept that at the end of the day you're only speculating his involvement based on what's essentially hearsay at this stage because no one has even been charged yet. I would probably draw the same conclusions too but ultimately, without any word from the investigators, you must acknowledge that you're only speculating.
Joe mfalme better get himself a good lawyer coz guilty people know how to slither their way out of such a problem while the innocent don't even know how to defend themselves. Many are in jail over crimes they did not commit.
Mwaaf you analysis on stuff is great. Iko nini does a good job that I give it to you guys. I however want to note one thing... During the Jowie Irungu case you guys said that no one want to be associated with a murderer therefore if someone gets accused you cut them off😅...waende kajitombe... I am however of the opinion that your friends can stand by your side when you get accused of something they truly know you are incapable of... So pick friends who will testify of your true character when it's questioned... Thats what we want for Dj Joe we want to see his close friends come testify of his calm and non violent trait he needs that!
With great power comes great responsibility.
This is my favorite DJ and Kelian (may he rest in peace) is from my village and is Maasai like me. i don't know what what to think. i hope he didn't kill him.
One thing I have noticed Kenya is full of bitter souls.Joe Mfalme hata pombe hakunywi ni ile tu noma imetokea na his car being in the centre of everything amejipata let's wait for investigations.A very professional dude
You know the DJ is popular and wealthy. You were against Jowie because you knew he has fewer fans and is not rich. This is not an objective analysis. Instead, you are trying to create a story that fits your views.
Mwarf, I listened to the previous episode. Yes mlikuwa sided and yes inakubalika, huyu ni "mtu wenu" na hata Ian alisema likuwa akuje show. Si mbaya kusimama na yeye, just don't defend yourself about it or don't defend the guy. choose a side.
same way hakuna venye bouncers wanaeza piga mtu ju ya gari ya mtu mwingine Kuwa scratched unless mwenye gari kuwaambia wapige mwenye kugonga gari yake.
Like join the police and bouncers to beat up someone? 🤔 How does that make sense? Nowadays newspapers do hearsay? There are no editors at Nation media group? 👀
Alot needs to be done on the security end hapa Kenya. To start with kunafa kuwa na a security board that trains and gives license to bouncers just like in the UK. Bembe si kila kitu some times you need to learn the art of de-escalatig a situation or Identiying a situation that is about to become ugle and stoping it. Ikichapa kuna techniques of subduing someone withohurting yourself or them. R.I.P to the Officer and may Justice prevail watu walicause his death washikwe.
People will talk no matter what hata wakijua Joe hana makosa as much as wanataka awe na makosa they will hate you for expressing your feelings or opinion
Chief, now this is how i see it..Joe being the owner of the car should have been able to stop them..he is being persumed as an accomplice...he may have not taken part in the act but being his car he was there
What did Dj know, when and what action did he take afterwards. It was his car, did he report this incident to the police? And who accompanied the victim to the police station? Let's be patient and follow these investigations. My view is that if Dj mfalme didn't report any statement then he's guilty of cover-up. All those policemen who witnessed the assault at the station are guilty as well. You're just as good as those you surround yourself with. They're Dj Mfalme's employees and that is his Brand to protect. In a progressive culture you lose all your sponsors and business links until the matter is resolved. And it's hard to recover. Patient is key here. Let's get the facts.
Okay according to me, the DJ might be innocent but i would judge him on his morals. So why would someone be beaten because of me and i just keep quiet? Did he try defending the cop? Maybe his voice would have saved this cop. Sometimes we just have to be human and speak up. Maybe this will teach him that lesson
Bouncers are good friends with cops...and some are cops.....so I guess...the bouncers beat the Decided...over a scratched car then took him to the police station...and met their friends who are police and they also piled on the beating on an already Beaten Man...may he rest in peace...that was really bad way to go....
mwaf unabore sasa. he is a human being mistakes happens ....he broke the street rule never hangout with cops especially wen bouncers are involved deals are made money laundering involved u never know ....
Something isn't making sense and I asked certain questions. Bouncers, photographer, camera man. Then, three police officers. Who is who? Who did what? Lakini Mwaf hii si ni Kenya? He needs a good criminal attorney not a heckler like some media savvy ones...I know...
Kenyans love not taking accountability they are saying don't hang out with a cop but kukiwaumania they always look for those people who have cop friends mnakuanga mysterious Sana
Wenye wanasema DJ Joe Mfalme alikosea for hanging out with Makarao, that doesn't seem to be the case. Based on my understanding of this analysis, kina DJ walikuwa wanatoka from a gig when his car scratched with that of the Deceased. Subsequently, the bouncers wakamwattack halafu the deceased was taken to police and the police continued the beating but took him to hospital (where he eventually passed away) after realizing that he was unwell.

@@NyandengAGarang U can have a cop friend U can have Dr friends u can have military friends etc plus u don't choose Ur friends ...plus Ur friend is a friend not someone U use ....
@@NyandengAGarang if that's the way they view their friends then their friends are not really their friends when they lose their jobs 😞 their friendship ends
But according to your explanations, the DJ isn't off the hook yet and you can't prove he didn't participate just because of little information from the media
