What a fantastic, well done presentation. Truly inspirational to watch these masters of their craft. The deadstick aero and precision landing were logic defying and true artistry. Simply amazing...Thank you!

Nice!!! it was a great day with some outstanding flying. Quite gusty which played a part particularly with the 40 electrics all trying to take flight and the loss of one jet during the demo coming across the deck low and caught a wing tip sending it up in black smoke over the hill somewhat toward the control line area off the main.

True, the wind was not too much of a factor, especially for the jets!

I'm so jealous 😫 living in the uk and the hobby has gone 😔 no flying clubs or the ones that are about won't take anybody in. Keep the hobby going guys 👌👏👏👏

Sorry to hear that, Richard. All are welcome here and the hobby is strong thanks in part to place like Triple Tree Aerodrome who promote the hobby, educate young people and host events like the Joe Nall Flyi-n. Come visit next year in May!!! Thanks for the view and you interest!

Ha, should I take that as a compliment? WPDE and The Grand Strand!! I was at CNBC Charlotte when it was Ch36 on UHF and other radio stations TN, NC, SC years ago.

He used to have a restaurant in Garden City beach Called Cecil’s Place. Lol You definitely sound like Cecil! Got a radio voice for sure!

you know it's a shame that we got jumped on too for flying some tiny planes at the heli line this year when its ok for the jet guys from the main line to occupy the same airspace with big jets i guess its who you know at joe nall been going to joe nall for the last 12 years and we were treated like trash by the flight boss and the hospitably people at the main check in stand especially one older lady which sent someone down to jump on to a friend that camps with us every year for not checking in first we form a wagon train every year at the heli line if you been to joe nall you know who we are. i may never go to joe nall again for the disrespect we were shown at fall nall.

Nothing like it used to be!!!!! Watching airplanes fly in a totally unrealistic and rather boring way, no thanks. Used to be a lot better with beautiful scale airplanes when it was held at Pats house on his private runway. Gosh, I'm so sick of "3D" I could puke. No airplane in the world can fly like that. It was nice to watch Quique hover a big Carden Extra for the first time in history decades ago, but after that, just nah!!!

There's always something new coming along. The 3-D is popular with the crowd these days along with jet propulsion, so that is why you see more of it at the demos.
