Being able to read people has saved me some uncomfortable situations.For example when a room gets heavy ,to get out .Being able to read a dude has made me leave on time before a fight starts .

At first I wasn't going to watch the whole thing as it is now 3:42am and I was telling myself that I didn't want to stay up that long to watch a RU-vid video. Being able to read your kids you will be able to see if they are being bullyied in School .Many kids that are being bullyied do not verbally say it out of shame. So read the non verbals can help with this.
Empaths can pick up on narcopaths and psychos in an instant..its just society gaslighters the empaths and tells us we are wrong and they side with the narcoblobs..I'm fighting narco dumbasses every day..I hate thos blobs. I am extremely interested in human behavior and have studied micro expressions a fair bit.. haven't watched all parts yet but just wanted to say for anyone who may try this.. especially when you start Don't trust anything you think you see until you have practiced and know u can identify things or risk ruining relationships lol... many minor little things can affect body language.. especially meds and or disabilities. . and if you do manage to master it you may regret it.. food for thought one cool thing I'd like to share is if you get truly scared your body automatically increases blood flow and focuses energy on ur legs so you can run faster/longer 👍
The problem with fans of this stuff is people think they're experts and assert someone is lying because they scratched their nose. dunning kruger effect.
i want to believe this stuff but i got all in to this stuff a while back and it basically ruined my life for a few months. i got false info and so when i went to read someone i would look for the wrong things and then think something that was not true. how can i know that this will not do the same?
don't put so much weight into how people react to you. not every little thing someone does is a direct reaction to you, they could be going through something in their personal life and be under stress and it comes out in their body language. only use this info when you're directly talking to someone else to see if their words match their body language.
Can you or another professional teach us how to spot narcissists ( covert , overt, vulnerable , histrionic) antisocial, sociopaths , psychopaths .......(the DSM practically)🙏🙏 , body language , behaviors , language patterns ..... stuff like that . 🙏🙏🙏 in advance .
Strongly disagree with your freez flight then fight. As a combat veteran with many years on combat tours in Afghanistan. Your generalization is inaccurate as ALPHA males/individuals trained in the application of violence do not seek it but will NEVER FLEE OR FREEZ in the face of it.
