In January of 1998 Joe Osborn was hired by Richard Carpenter to overdub some tunes for a new release from the Carpenters. Joe played on almost everything the Carpenters released. These were TV shows , that were done by other musicians. Richard was releasing some of these spots so he wanted Joe on bass. The original recordings date back to the early 70's. Joe is using the first few Joe Osborn Model Lakland's. One (the black one) was given to Richard as a gift. When we started the Joe Osborn model , Joe told me that if Richard likes the tone then we did our job! This shows the test. Part 1 -

Man, if ever a video clip were to end at the WORST possible time, this would be IT! I've been wanting Joe Osborn to show all of us how the hell he played that incredible line from "Everything That Touches You" for 44 years now. PLEASE show us the rest of the clip!
