I’m so confused? The L.A. studio was low key vibe with large American flag and roomy like it belonged in Texas. The Texas studio is like a bad L.A. night club that should have closed its doors long ago.
Lighting needs to be changed to white at the very least. L.A was so chill and established that "just too people chilling and talking shit" in an almost office bright vibe. You wanted to be there at that water cooler convo. This is just hideous, non inviting, aggressive. As someone else said there's a reason people don't paint walls red except for BDSM dungeons
that bit had my favorite line of any stand-up ever. I'm 6'6" and about 285... an old football player. he said, "they squared up with me and I backed down from the fight... cause I didn't know how many it was going to take to kick my ass, but I knew how many they were going to use... and that's a handy piece of information to have right there!". lol. I've had those exact thoughts and I physically fell out of my chair when I first heard that. I don't know how many it would take, but I knew how many they were going to us, lol. holy shit that's funny, lol.

Joe needs to fire his designer he got ripped off from my amateur insight in structural design, joe probably wanted a bomb shelter/studio. Studio design do not require a structure that has the load bearing this studio have. Im willing to bet money marbles or chalk that audio acoustic decoration is a active air filtration system to make sure the space is smoker friendly. you need to move air at roughly 80% of the rooms dynamic pressure. which means it requires a lot of vents. next time you get a chance to look at a level 5(or 6?) chem lab you would see vents spaced out roughly every 3-5 feet. one on top of another. the vent thats lower is for intake the vent up above is for exhaust. that wall decoration looks way to fancy to be single purpose i think joe wanted a apocalypse certified smoke friendly studio
Natural charisma. Plain and simple. That's not something you can learn. It's not something that you can acquire, but it's something that you just have.
Because he was the only real, honest, genuine comic out of the crew. Not saying the others were fake but they just put on a show he actually told stories. The others were playing characters ron white was actually ron white.
The old studio looked like two friends talking over some beers and cigars in a garage, now it looks like an interview. Bring back the old studio. Please

6/11/22 I never watched or listened to Rogan until they tried to cancel him, I love to listen to the conversations he has with people. I found this one by accident buy so glad I did. Ron White is the shit! To listen to this two years later is f-n crazy!
I swear it's totally like that with me too. Now I listen to him even while I'm at work when I can. And pretty much "most" of his guests are cool. Oh and yeah... Ron White is the shit!!! I'd love to do some shots with that guy!!!
Damn, I just found this with Ron White and it's 8+ months old. I still gotta thank you for having Ron on. He's been one of my favorite stand-up comedians for years!
I love when someone writes something without using that thing inside their head first and then someone replies who actually decided to use that big ol beautiful thing they call a brain. it gives me faith in society.
For those hating on the new studio - It was designed to be multi-tasking / functional. You can host a podcast, develop film negatives, roast chicken and get a tan. All at the same time. Get with it!
Joe, there is no way that Ron needs to retire. I spent more time in tears listening to your podcast than doing work. Open up your club iand we will come!
I miss the old setup, it felt organic when he was talking with people in a room that looked like a friends house everyone hangs out at to get danked out.

I relied on tips for 90% of my income. If you’re worried about cashflow have a look at what you’re spending and what income you have coming in. You may need to cut back on as much as possible to get you through the next few weeks. It’s not going to be fun, but you’ll be pleased you did once it’s all over. 2. Check whether you have insurance policies that would cover your mortgage payments or replace some of your income. 3. If it’s possible, you need to put aside some money for if you can’t work to top up any drop in income. You’ll also need to look at what outgoings you have and work out the best ways to fund them in the short term. 4. You can ask for a payment holiday, also known as a payment freeze, of up to three months. (this would cover a number of borrowing options such as: credit cards, store cards, personal loans, guarantor loans, logbook loans, home collected credit and loans from Community Development Finance Institutions (CDFIs)

How did you just make a 2001 reference? I swear I was thinking about 2001 abstractly for some reason when I first saw this studio. But not in a cool way. More in a way-too-red and a not-quite-2001-enough way. But it struck me all the same and I wished if the studio had to change it would actually be more 2001ish instead of all weird and red.
Absolutely 💙Ron White for yrs!! Was lucky to see his show in Knoxville,Tennessee several yrs ago. He's got that carsima, attitude, good looks and (of course) humor that will (to me) ALWAYS make him relevant and sexy.
