❤🎉great interview! Covid- for ME, I was perfectly healthy but unbeknownst to me, in 2019, I rented a house riddled in MOLD which busted my immune system. 4 years later, I HAVE LONG COVID!❤. I’ve been slowly healing by prayerfully taking natural remedies and supplements. I can walk one mile but at about 3.5 treadmill speed and some weights but slowly to not over exhaustion of my now injured lungs. I’ve been rehabilitating my lungs and strength. 😊❤. PTs were trash! They weren’t listening to me tell them about MY body so I stopped going! When you’re in tune with your body, YOU KNOW what works to heal.
