@@Rickandmorty_com podcasts tend to be great for promotion. He might give them a little somethin but the profit of getting on JRE is being able to promote yourself freely. Don't have to deal with the good morning america mainstream news type shit.
yeah they did a measurement this year on the show and he was clearly above 7ft. i think 7’1 which is impressive since usually ppl shrink a bit as they age
Ya, CI work. If you’re a crack dealer and Shaq walks up with a wad of cash saying “Give me $1000 of your best shit”, you’re gonna sell it too him, even if he’s in full goddamn uniform.
The best MMA version of Shaq would be his Orlando Magic days. By 2000 he had a completly different body. Stronger, had more man power etc but you could see he already had a few pounds to many. In Orlando he still had a lot of that strenght yet he was incredibly fast, agile, quick etc. He woved around like a big guard yet had the body that could rival any center in the league while he was still a kid.
@@thebubbclub Ngannou is 6'4. For comparsion Stephen Curry is 6'4. Shaquille O'Neal was actually 7'1 and around 325 lbs. He was agile untill 2006. A true atlethic freak. He was to big, strong and atlethic even for elite defensive centers like Dikembe Mutombo. If I had to pick 1 guy from the history of NBA who had the most freakish body it would be Shaq. He was very agile for that size,he never had a problem moving around untill his body start to fail him around 2006-2007.
Don't let this distract you from the fact that I am the ugliest RU-vidr worldwide. I also smell like 100 de*d orangutans and have two hot hot hot girlfriends as you can see on my highly stimulating channel. Greetings, dear trey
@@Raghuveer2798 lmao shaq has said in a podcast he actually 6'11.5. Which his why shaq only stands up to Yao Mings mouth. Because if shaq was 7'1 Yao wouldn't be a head taller
Even heavyweight post USADA is a shit show, I can only imagine that slob fest that would be. Heavyweights are already notably limited, relying notably just on brute strength, I could only picture it as an even more sloppy spectacle.
Absolutely not. HW is shallow enough as it is. It's tough enough finding guys that fit into HW and look legit. I can only think of a single fighter on the planet right now that wouldn't be embarrassing as as legit SHW, Aorigele. He's 330 and isn't a lumbering pile of blubber, he actually moves and looks decent for his size/experience level. I'd love if it he could make heavyweight and got into a serious camp. Half the heavyweights out there are just lazy fat fucks that don't want to work enough to get to 205. There just isn't a divisions worth of fighters. It'd be 145 all over again. Division just does not exist.
I wear size 15. When the Reebok Shaqnosis came out I got a pair. They had a size 22 one on display. I put my new shoe on then put it inside the Shaq sized one.
I saw a promo ideo of Shaq right before the draft, he was doing backflips into a swimming pool...as a 7'2 300 pound man...backflips. He was insanely agile for a man of that size, true freak athlete
@Salvador Pais those references will continue always. Us nerds our now in our golden age. No longer enslaved by the dark ages of when it was considered uncool to be a fan of comics
Shaq in his Orlando days would be great for MMA. Still big but agile. And he seems like one of those athletes who could pick up a lot of different sports. I saw a clip of him today riding a skateboard in a TNT studio. I used to skate and I leanred ollies,kiclfips,360 flips etc and I know how hard it is to just learn how to stand up on a board and ride around. And he was riding around now when he's older,a bit out of shape and still 7'0 feet tall. It really opened my eyes of how good these guys are at sports.
I think what he meant is that athletes don't hit their peak physical condition at 19/20 (gymnasts are a weird exception). That's basically right out of high school, where they don't have the benefit of years of working with professional physical trainers, nutritionists, strength and conditioning coaches, etc., on a daily basis. Guys that go pro that young, although extremely talented, are nowhere near their peak physical development. Look at how much Kobe developed physically from when he came in straight from HS, compared to him at like 25.
Shaq was 330 when he was playing with Orlando or early in his days with the Lakers. There’s no way in hell he’s still that. He has to be at least 415 or so these days.
@James Tyler lol in your dreams. Boxers maybe cause they can hit hard on the brain. MMA fighters wont have the strength go even bring this guys down like they probably can't even tie their arms around him.
@James Tyler Iagine this scenario what if shaq trained MMA or Boxing from the age of like 10 or whatever no one could fuck him up not that easy that is
I have the best shaq story. So while I was in the army i was stationed for a time at bamc in San antonio tx. First day I reported to my nco as I walk into his office I see all these shaq posters around the room. The idiot that I am said "im not impressed. If I was 7'3'' 310 pounds I could play in the nba to. Look how crappy he shoots free throws." As I finished my sentence I notice on the desk a pair of shoes. Size 22 EEE. Signed "to my uncle buck, Shaquille O'niell" Turns out he was Shaq's Godfather. Shaq's dad and him were stationed together. Yea my time there was not to pleasant lol.
My behavior was befitting of the current situations. NCO and Co's in medical are a lot less formal. Most officers at bamc did not require salutes because most were more proud of being a doctor then being an officer. We had no Pt only the test every 6 months. I was attached to the hospital worked 6am to 3pm 5 days a week.
do you remember the pair Penny hardaway and shaq? I actually was more of a Hardaway fan, he was incredibly talented, but Ive always liked shaq, despite his free throw handicap
What a lot of people may not understand is that he’s actually incredibly well coordinated and quick for a man of his size & strength…. If he had trained seriously in his prime as a fighter then he would likely be unstoppable as a heavyweight. The reach advantage alone would be insane!!!
In my experince it doesn't seem to always translate from one sport to another. If you watch athletes who take up boxing such as football players, Strongmen, basketball players etc etc, they don't seem to have the same innate abillity. Did you see shaq box ?
There are tall people like me 6'3 6'5 but then there are extra tall awkward guys who are like 6'6 6'9 but they aren't very fast or balanced. THEN you have these demi- gods who are 6'7 6'11 who are strong AND fast AND agile. Imagine if we could gene edit everyone to be like that
Pure Stretch Big Look him up on celebheights.com that’s where all height fanatics meet up and compare it to those whose legit height is known. Shaq is 7’ not 7’1
Many people don’t know this but he’s a really well respected Jiu Jitsu guy. There are a few quotes where he attributes his agility to his Jiu Jitsu training
