Im in my fifties and when i was a young boy my mom used to sing this song she learned from her Apache friends. We are from different tribe. This song is so beautiful. Havent heard it since i was a small boy. Thank you very much for posting this beautiful song. Creator bless you.
Love how my yazh sings, he's carrying on his grand uncle's legacy of a booming distinct voice. Brings back bitter sweet memories of grandfather. RIP Cheii
wtf ppl its a song just aslong the beat and music keep the ppl happy that the real blessing acting like kids music is for every one to come together and be with family and friend's and other tribes we gotta stick together to stay alive and help one another
As a Dine', half Chiricahua Apache, I am proud of my yazh (son) Joe's singing abilities, he's carrying on his grand Uncle's strong vibrate distinct voice. My yazh, doesn't even come close to being a medicine man, he is in the entertainment business, as such, its basically up to him to make up his own songs as he wishes to provide for his family. You don't want him to sing sacred songs, keep those sacred. These social songs is for entertainment, it can be any type of songs, western, Dine', rap, Mozart etc. All song writers make their own songs, there is no wrong way, it may be silly songs, making fun of you or other... social songs are social songs.. to be shared with others... thank you yazh for bringing laughter and joy to others with your songs. Don't mind the haters and those who are envious of your good fortunes. Thank you for carrying on my Cheiis voice. RIP Grandpa.
@@besimarks3236 making songs is one thing but making crowns and using them for entertainment is another you should know yourself you need to keep things sacred the crowndancers are not entertainers and I’m not going to to explain anything from what I was taught I know people show them off during parades but a lot of people lost their way to make money and nobody don’t have respect for anything like Joe plus he never comes down to Apache land ask him why he don’t entertain down here just ask and if he don’t answer then you’ll know he’s wrong for doing so. Like i said songs are one thing but having sacred things for the world to see is another.
You haters talking about him not singing real gaan songs, why dont you guys teach him how to sing a real gaan song or wheres your gaan song vids, thats if you could even talk or sing in your own native tongue
How about you tell this joe have some respect for the apaches & their culture. If apaches don't approve of what he's doing, out of respect for the apaches & their culture, he should stop doing these dances. Have you ever thought about that?
Beautiful strong voice!!! This song is definitely his top song...disregard the negativity and haters that are of pure jealousy...it appears that more support come from non-natives and more native haters should be more supportive...this is entertainment and of course he will travel to perform with his group...wherever that may be...(this is to the person who is wondering why he doesn't perform on his own Reservation -I doubt that). Haters and negative people....why aren't YOU out there???
Dang y'all HATER'z should post vid'z a y'all sing'n em Apache song'z sense y'all hate'n so dam much!!!!!! I'm Diné Cherokee and Comanche and I know songz come from the HOLY 1z and from the Creator. Be thankful Joe (sorry for using your first name) is doing what the Holy 1z and the creator has set fir him 2 do. INDIGENOUS PEOPLE stand STRONG and UNITED. Be proud 2 be INDIGENOUS!
We stronger than joe anyday😂 those gaans are only for healing. Those poor innocent people don’t know what they getting themselves into. That’s joe for you tho.
My yazh is carrying on his grand uncle's strong vibrate distinct voice, making us proud. Yazh isn't even close to being a medicine man, he is in the entertainment business, making his own music/songs to provide for his family. No sacred songs should be used for entertainment. His grand uncle was a medicine man, thank you yazh for carrying on his voice.. RIP Grandpa
Or his so called his people disses him and jealously exists... family never happy for one's own..u know what I mean... always tearing someone down... that's how you feel good, huh?
all Native should enjoy each others music instead of acting mad about it and not getting along were all native Americans on mother earth she dont wana see her children's fight
+Gaffney Rafelito he's a dumbass. he does not know what he's doing. he's just messing around with our culture. he's stupid for doing these things. Navajos won't think nothing cause they don't know shit about the Apaches or the Gááns.. but us apaches do know so shut the fuck up and stop thinking you're right
Bianca Enriquez you tell em. This joke of an apache ain't doing nothing right. Singing his social songs as gaan songs and making up his own songs?? So much for an apache
at Velasquez it's because everyone knows that he's doing it right singing a bunch of made up songs there is really nothing original nor apache in his singing and us as apache know so he is not invited anywhere on apache land and he acts like a medicine man which he is not
Anyone who goes into music... makes their own songs, music, etc. I don't know why you want him to sing the sacred songs.. it's better to make ones owns songs, makes a better and fun social songs. Keep sacred songs sacred. Do social songs for entertainment...
@@besimarks3236 exactly its really not supposed to be used for entertainment and stuff like that should not be made up its all original from bylas arizona where it started
@@iamtruth2447 no he is not banned its just straight up they don't invite him but the traditional leaders from here have got together and did away with showing crown dancers for entertainment and anyone who is intoxicated at the sunrise ceremonies get arrested and booked
