When I was his son's age I would go for a walk, sit under a tree, and read, which sounds incredibly nerdy and innocent. Then again I didn't have internet or video games, and only had 3 terrible tv stations to watch.

Your comment on turning the TV volume down and listening to the radio announcers took me back. We did the same thing because the local radio announcers were more pro the local team, where the TV announcers maybe not so much. Anyway this reminded as a kid with my brothers during commercial breaks listening to a commercial completely opposite of what you were watching was hilarious to us. Sometimes crying laughing when it was inappropriate like mixing commercials watching a man's BBQ or hotrod theme with listening to a summers eve commercial or vice-versa. I completely forgot about that until your comment. 😁
Love your show Adam. When you were describing the tick that certain guys have when telling a story which always includes a litany of names, people, places, and timelines which are totally irrelevant to the telling of the story, it reminded me of the actor who plays Uncle Cullum from the British comedy, "The Derry Girls." Adam I took my wife to Santa Barbara for our 20th anniversary 5 years ago. On our way home checking out the coast . Looking how beautiful our coast is. Being a MAN I used my Instincts. Looked at the road , and in the middle lane was a parked Astro van with doors open , and maxipada ‘s Mom just standing in the middle of the 101 fwy. Thank God my vehicle doesn’t come to life until it hits 80.
Whenever I see Joel McHale, I immediately think of him playing Bobby Tango, singing the Beatles greatest hits in pig latin. It’s on RU-vid, look it up. :)

not a fan of Joel honestly, already, but buzzing in the trumpet mouthpiece put me over the hump of admitting he sucks and I doubt I'll ever watch anything he does ever again. hope you guys liked it, and I dig Ace enough that I'll put up with shit guests just because the show is that rewarding overall. that was pretty lame tho

41:00 thats sums up Chris. He walked out on Devils Rejects and went to The Island. Im assuming he originally didnt want to see a "horror" to begin with. Thats what I'm noticing lately. A lot of "gore". Stranger Things did a lot of 80's homage. IT films.
Driving around Baltimore city and you’ll see kids riding wheelies into traffics playing chicken with cars or groups of 10-15 dirt bikes and 4wheelers on the roads everywhere and not a helmet worn by one of them. Helmets not as big a deal as ya think round here adam
My friend mentions the names of everyone by first name that helped her at the store dr office mechanics etc. It is very very annoying. I think it's so self indulgent. I thought maybe it was just me

The Devil's Rejects is far and away Rob Zombies best film. His two Halloween remakes have their fans but are not generally well regarded in the horror community.
