Some of us when we go through tough times, due to past mistakes and bad situations we tend to withdraw from normal life. We want to be alone, we no longer socialise with friends and relatives.
We find a place of comfort away from everyone and hide ourselves there. We need to recognise that the past will not change and the present requires us to be willing to make changes to build a different future. We are not our mistakes. We need to get out there and try again. Every day is an opportunity to be better. Do away with regrets and be amazing.
