As a Christian, & on behalf of the Church & The body of Christ as a whole, from the bottom of my heart I am truly sorry about all of this, joel osteen is a absolute heretic & terrible example for Christians & people in general everywhere I don't hate him, but I REALLY REALLY, REALLY HATE what he's doing😑😑😑 using our beliefs as a means of finicial gain, the Bible condemns this practice calling it vile, greedy & carnal & we should be upset at this sense what he is doing is evil, but you do need to understand that this is not biblical Christianity at all & not all Christians are like this, I can tell anyone this personally, joel osteen, kenneth copeland, todd white, "preachers" like this don't really preach The Word of God, & he makes the Church & Christians look bad like he is now, beware of bethel, hillsong, elevation & lakewood church, these heretical prosperity preachers & charismatics & so-called "prophets" are lieing to people about these fake signs revelations wonders & miracles & deceiving people. Jesus never promised us that following him would be easy, that you would have perfect health or get a bunch of money, but he did promise that we would be saved & are secure in our salvation. Note you can't just look at people who call themselves Christians & do terrible, heinous things & make the assumption Christianity itself is vile & corrupt, don't hate the game, hate the player, (you shouldn't hate people of course) but people are hypocrites & evil, i could say the same about books as in, because some are bad, all are bad, or because some music is bad we shouldn't listen to any, or we shouldn't bake the cookies because sometimes we burn them, or sense some people are bad, all are terrible scum bag peices of trash, but that's utterly absurd & Orthodox Christianity is awesome & not boring, you can still play games or watch anime or hang out & be a Christian & chill person I love those things, True Biblical Christianity is serving submitting & following God & making this the most important thing in our lives & Loving our neighbors as ourselves, with our main motivation being God's glory living holy lives devoted to God & doing all 4 his glory, + just because Jesus died for our sins doesn't mean we sin, repent & keep sinning, the Bible makes this 100% clear, that's called hypocrisy & taking advantage of God's love, the Bible actually says people who do this deserve there condemnation in the book of Romans, Christianity is the 1 true religion & all who call on The Lord will be saved, we can only be saved through him, he died that we may have life through him & be saved from God's wrath so ask him to forgive your sins whilst we still have time & put your trust in Jesus but do what he tells you if you really love him & read The Bible, please carefully consider what I've said.
