I failed my first attemped driving test in Gateshead yesterday,with one serious fault(I took third exit from left lane)and 2 minors,but I'm really broken down,I can't stop crying,it was a hope of life for me and my children,life is getting tougher to have a 2 year old autistic child who doesn't like public transport,,,,,,I made a silly mistake even the examiner was so upset cause I drove so hight standard and made I mistake which I never made on my lessons and private practice,I went for test in my own car,but now I don't have courage to go for another test,can you please make a video how to calm down after unsuccessful driving test,,,,,kind regards.

Joel I feel for you Son, I think you let the pressure get to you there. These Mocks are part of the learning, watch the video back and learn from it. I don't say this to many of Ken's Learners, but I'd be quite happy to let you drive me around. You've got the skills you just need to tidy it all up, reading the signs and the road markings and doing the mirrors and the blind spots. One thing I would be saying to you is "get your foot off that clutch!" You're wearing the release bearings out and it breeds bad habits, pressing too soon when braking because your foot is already there. Good Luck with your Driving, just relax and believe in yourself you can do it.
