Jeng love Joey but AABA definitely wasn't a classic. Pretty good album but the first half of the album makes it hard for it to be a classic. If the entire album was more like the second half of the album then you'd probably be right. But the first 4 songs just kept re-iterating the same point with a lack of creativity (although temptations and land of the free are solid songs) devastated shouldn't have been on the album that song is generic af and didn't fit. Miss amerikka concept was cool and a good song but Joey had zero intensity for those first 6 songs. Didn't get it till rockabye baby, but from there on its joeys best work in his career. AABA was a good album but he missed the mark within the first half. I don't need Joey to be hyper aggressive for the entire album but he sounded like he was half assing his verses over lighter poppy production.

2000 will be considered a classic too. Joey has never released a lackluster or bad project or song.

Ye bro. I went and saw him live last night in Dallas tx it was great but I kinda went in with the wrong mindset I guess and just wanted to hear STEEZ so fuckin bad it was killing my soul. I just wanted to go wild I was waitin for STEEZ's verse when Joey did survival tactics but he cut the song off after his verse right before STEEZs verse...i coulda fuckin cried it bugged the fuck out of me . But at the end of the day maybe Joey feels like that kinda makes the vibe sad and maybe he wanted to just keep things positive...shit would probably take a toll if you here your dead homie every time you preform considering a lot of pro era fan favorites are songs with STEEZ . Maybe he feels it would kinda hold him back to just keep pondering on the past. I could imagine how it could fuck with your head.. Obviously they will let the whole song roll for STEEZ day events I just wanted it soo bad tho ..i kept yelling out "strawberries We want killuminati" another guy joined in and was like plzzz do it..lol Joey did respond tho he said man y'all mafuckas in yalls emotions. Lol kinda brushed it off..but again maybe that shit takes a toll on him ..i left kinda sad tbh but again I guess I went in with the wrong mindset
