I'm with you on the milk, I'm Swedish so I grew up different but in America I've never been teased more in my life for having milk with a meal (not at restaurants, I'm not a complete savage, but for dinners at home). It's what most of us drink for dinner here, had to quit it just to save friendships. Good thing I moved back home so I can get back on the milk train without getting harassed, haha. But I feel you.

Thanks for the video. Btw, milk is terrible for your digestive system. I was raised on drinking milk. I haven't drank milk in years. When you stop drinking milk, and then try it later down the line, your body feels terrible. If you have any sinus issues or get sick a lot. I would try to cut milk out of your diet. It's amazing how your body feels when you cut dairy out of your diet.
