What amp are you playing through? Sorry just want to make sure about your signal path to get those awesome tones through that range master. I just managed to get a R2R Electric range master pro on this last drop. I am trying to decide on the germanium or silicon with Chris. Please advise.
It's a DCC amp. Mix between Two Rock and Matchless is how you best describe it I guess. If measured and implemented properly I think silicon is always the better option. A good builder can make it sound anyway he wants and Chris is one of those guys. Follow his advice would be my advice 😄
Scored the 2 knob Supa mkII in the smaller hammond enclosure during the last drop. Kinda wish it had the bias control, but I know I will not use a fuzz if it's in that large enclosure so I'm better off with the smaller one. Need to get a R2RGeMaster next time.
The bias knob works extremely well and there are some great tones to achieve with it. But in the end I kept setting it up around the setting Chris biases the small version at. So I need to get the small one too 😂
I'm not easily swayed to buy a new pedal but this demo has got me sold. I watched a video about Chris the owner of the company and every video I've watched on any of his products was just awesome, well it's time to get into that wallet once again.
Thanks so much Sasha! Have to get a Treble Booster now ….. play in dropped C/D a lot on single coils. Don’t need more lows :) Think it shines brightest on the Strat and I think it’s the single coils
