It's hard to say, but this does look like Nascar AI Racing Daytona, but there's no need to stress since there's quite a handful of Nascar games on roblox that is likely better.
The one I personally play is called Just Daytona, but it's hard to enjoy how bad the lag is while driving the vehicles. In order to prevent this, you have to find a server with a few players.
