A Norwegian sociologist and mathematician, Galtung has taught around the world, helped found many institutions dedicated to building peace, and been honored with the Right Livelihood Award. He serves on the advisory board of Envision Peace Museum.

L Europa e un mondo felice necessità di un conflitto gandhianine disobbediente e un approccio cooperativo .L Europa al livello locale necessita di includere nei suoi cicli la natura e il benessere umano e riunire le religioni insieme per risolvere i conflitti in un idea comune e cercare soluzioni e armonia.I medici e la ricerca sono la sostanza per autonomie e generare indipendenza , autonomia e flessibilità e adattamente piccole autonomie non grandi piccole ma che producono al livello locale e si integrano con la natura e sono autonome ma che insieme generano un armonia etica e comunitaria comunità e quartieri amorevoli che pongono al centro l amore e il benessere .

Very important. The Positive Peace Index (published every year by the Institute for Economics and Peace) tries to measure positive peace. But maybe one factor is missing: child corporal punishment laws: they show if a country pursues a consequent "culture of peace" / "culture of nonviolence" or accepts violence in some societal areas.
