This a piece choreographed by Stephen Pier for Johan when he competed in the Jackson Competition in 94 or 95. He won the Grand Prix,

The music in Dvorak's Slavonic Dance, Op. 46, No. 7 (skocna). This might be from Wheeldon's "Slavonic Dances" (NYCB - 1997). He used this dance in it, but I never saw the piece, so I don't know. There is a VHS of it, but I don't have it.
