Skiing in the backcountry is all about tactics to get out safe without injury. I have to do this trail up Marcy, I have skied Tuckerman’s Ravine and the Sherrie many times. Marcy looks super fun! TY for this fun video.

Another killer video Jonathan. My only ADK peak so far is Black Mtn near Whitehall, hoping to bag some high peaks this summer. I don’t know if you ever do hikes with fans but I’d absolutely love to join you sometime!

This was great. All I wanna see is the climb, some beauty shots from the top and some shredding on the way down! A drone shot would be nice but not necessary! I hope to try Marcy when I get my AT set-up. Cool adventure

Unfortunate outcome. You never want to hear the worst case outcome. Kudos to all the rangers working hard for those two days searching. We had to hurry off the Colden false summit to let the helicopter drop off two rangers.

The Saturday previous to this I stayed at a Marcy Dam lean-to from which Dr Howard departed, and was wondering who'd left a pair of boots and some cookware there. This keeps haunting me.

Do you think your Ski Setup is ideal for these ADK attempts under normal (colder) conditions? Scales a nice complement to the skins?Thanks and great videos.
