We’re kicking off December with a plant that you may not think of as a holiday plant, the Brazilian cloak, or 𝘔𝘦𝘨𝘢𝘴𝘬𝘦𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘮𝘢 𝘦𝘳𝘺𝘵𝘩𝘳𝘰𝘤𝘩𝘭𝘢𝘮𝘺𝘴. Always in bloom during the holidays, this beauty’s season begins toward the end of September and goes through the end of December. Once in bloom, it’s a real stunner, growing to about 15’ high, and it is perfect in dappled shade, making it a great accent plant! Interested in incorporating it into your own yard?
