Your so right. Many muscians say never go commercial never sell your self out and he hasnt. He started his record company way back before he "made it" it controls his music and how it is produce released Also he hasnt changed musically or personally so there all stupid for thinking he has sold out. plus it is good that we can have music like his in the commercial light atm

I see where everyone is coming by saying he's going commercial... but personally I don't think so. He owns his own record company, so it's not like they're forcing him to do anything... And basically he's giving himself a new start... most musicians like change... while a great deal of the listeners don't. This is why Pop-music exists... Personally I love the old Trio (greatest double bassist and drummist around) but I'm definitely giving the new two a go!

His guitar is tuned in open G and capo's it on the 2nd fret. This is a traditional slide tuning, and if you play guitar.. give it a try! its is very fun!!
