Nice, Indonesia has such a diverse group of instruments. I bought a flute (suling sunda) in 1998 in Tasikmalaya, which is entirely made of bamboo my a local musician. I actually practiced some songs with a local gamelan degung orchestra in Bandung as well. You should visit Saung Anklung Udjo in Bandung, you would love it.
