I don't see how he could ever be brought to trial with the release of so much unproven. His presumption of innocence and right to a fair trial is forever gone. I do realize that the release of unproven and even inadmissible evidence before trial is common in the US where the presumption of innocence is merely an idea which seems to only start as an instruction to jurors at start of trial and not a set of procedures to ensure the presumption of innocence is safeguarded from time of arrest to trial. But he is not just another defendant, so I think he will be successful in arguing that he has lost his right to a fair trial and will never be brought to trial. Very clever of him.
