The John Deere 1025R engine air filter bracket upgrade Product Improvement Program Number 18LV188 and Solution Number 116873 has a tractor build date range from June 2015 to April 2018.
If your tractor was built in February, March, or April of 2018, you may get the bracket/filter upgrade with just a phone call to John Deere as you are still within the 5 year time period.
Tractors built after April 2018 should have the upgraded bracket with filter installed, which is a huge improvement over the original design.
After calling JD and giving all my relevant information, it was determined I had no help coming due to my tractor being over the 60 month age limit.
I ordered the very complete upgrade kit from GreenPartStore.
Needless to say....everything fit like a glove due to the excellent design from JD retrofit engineers.
