John Deere 3025E with Options 

Glad you like yours! I am impressed also. I already leveled a field with the box blade, dug some trenches with the front bucket. Used a middle buster to loosen up clay, hit a field with roundup with my sprayer (cruise control and on/off PTO super nice!).

That is correct there is not a factory power beyond kit for the 3E tractors. The SCV's would not have enough flow to power and log splitter. If you were to go with a 1R 2R or 3R that is something you could defiantly do

Hi Dean, did you ever get your tractor? Mine has been working for almost 2 years and no problems. Been a great tractor. The loader removal kit is ordered from John Deere. To be honest, I haven't used it. Nice to know I can take it off easy if needed though.

That was the Harbor Freight quick hitch that I had from my previous tractor. I never was satisfied with the geometry of it and had trouble with different attachments. I have since replaced with a JD quick hitch, picked up on sale at local JD dealer. Way better!

Thanks! I really like the tractor. I came from a '54 Ford NAA. The NAA is a strong tractor for field work. I find that the 3025E is about as capable, although I need to manage the hydro trans different than with the NAA, otherwise it might bog down on some hills. Last night I was pulling a 8x8 harrow. The 3025 did fairly well but would bog a little on some rolling hills. As a learned how to manage the trans and pick up the speed a little to mitigate. The NAA can pull the 8x8 no problem. The 3025 is way more versatile for me with the loader, 4x4, and compact size for maneuvering. I was working some muddy areas this weekend and the 3025 doesn't get stuck. My NAA would have sunk for sure.

that's awesome. thanks for the feed back Christian. btw for the hydro transmission, the further you press the pedal, the higher gear it goes in to. so if you want to put more power to the ground you actually want to ease up on the pedal. you probably know this already, but just in case.

shohokuslamdunk Yep I figured that out fairly soon and then performed quite​ well.

shohokuslamdunk from what I understand the 3025e has the same block as the 3032 with a different cam. I traded off a 1023e for my 3025e, very similar HP, torque and hydrualics however are a very different story.

thanks for the input david. Do you ever find that 2 range transmission lackluster? My current tractor is a new holland tc18 with 2 range and i wish there is a 3rd range, which is whyi'm also looking at kubota l2501 because it has 3 ranges

I had the dealer install it. Haven't put to use yet. I will say I sure love this tractor. I call it the little tractor that is big. This form factor is perfect for the small acreage guy like me. Love how the smaller size fits between trees and narrow areas. Super tight turn radius. Hydro adds to excellent maneuverability. Engine has excellent torque to do what I need.

Considering a 3025 and the quick park kit and had seen that video before. Have you found the loader removal/intsall as easy as it is made out in the video? Worried it may be a bit more tricky getting the pins lined up when not in dealer's garage. I actually really like the high location of the hydraulic connections compared to my 1023 which has them just under the tractor where they like to accumulate all sorts of dirt.

Not often, but handy when needed. I have a 10ft heavy duty trailer, might be needed to remove loader to transport and also include an implement, or take in for servicing, or lend to friend. If doing a lot of field work, mowing or spraying nice not to have the loader on. So unknown how many times but nice that it's there. I negotiated into my deal so didn't pay full retail price for the kit.

I just picked up a 3025e and I have a 6 x 10 PJ utility trailer and I can get it to fit with the loader. I take the bucket off and place the loader arms over the bucket. Very tight though.

I have a 6 x 10 heavy duty utility with ramp also. I have seen some of your videos, thanks BTW. Do you have to support your ramp or rear frame when loading the tractor? Does your ramp bend? I have a steel mesh ramp with looks like 2x2 framing, all welded.

I borrow a 20' dovetail car hauler to transport, I suspect the 3025e is a heavy load on any 6x10 trailer. I should have made a video of the 3025e railroading stumps today.

You are correct, they were upside down. The quick release fittings needed to stay with the loader. I did eventually swap them. I never did remove my loader. I have since sold this tractor. Now running a Kioti CK3510HSE with Cab. The JD 3125E was a super tractor and lots of bang for the buck. I wanted a cab and some more lift power for the loader, hence the change. Could not find a JD in stock in my area and the specs for the R series were not as good as Kioti. No regrets so far.

@@cgsturm we have a 2018 3025E with the same quick attachment , we needed to take ours off because mowing a lot and getting close to house also when we take it off we put weights on front . The bucket hanging out wider than tractor was a issue but when we took it off we needed weight on front , finish mower heavy
