I have a 1959 440i. The wheels want to move but they just barley move. I was thinking it might be a clutch adjustment issue or something. If you can help me figure out what’s going on in any way I’d appreciate it!
Andy Moffitt I’ve been suffering with it, working to some degree. If u want it fixed U need to pull the track and final drive on the side u want to repair. The clutch bearing is slipping thru the fingers on the clutch plate. The plate needs to be replaced.
Buck roseau i got mine off this evening steering clutches shot. they might had 15 hours on em i guess sitting killed it. i have a shop manaul that helps abunch.
