Love it when the customer wants to save a nickle today only to spend a dollar down the road when the bandaid comes off on a job. And then blame you for the repair failing! But this repair was pretty flawless so hopefully they wont keep abusing the machine until it fails that bad ext time.

Hi Isaac, That hole cutting accuracy was very impressive. It looked like it was about the smallest you could do too with the circle jig on your torch. You have to wonder what these guys do with their machines to cause such damage.

That looked like fairly thin plate to be on that bucket to begin with! It looked a lot lighter than the rest of the machine! Dang pretty repair job regardless!

Amazingly accurate work torching those holes for the pin !!! Good vid 👍 I wonder if a heavy tube welded between the lifting arms of the loader would help make it stronger in that area for the next time they over work it.

I do appreciate you getting the job done even if it is not how you or I would like to proceed. There is much to be said for getting it done with the constraints provided. We do what we can with what we got at the time. That applies to everybody.

Can you make a video on how to set up an arc gauger? I’ve never used one and my school never taught us anything about it. Then if I ever have to use one I can reference back to your video

I would have done what you are doing when the other ear was replaced, that little bit of metal was obviously not up to the workload. Lining them up with a bar is the only way to go there and pretty darn accurate if you do it right too

What do I see a little of the ??base of the left hyd 4inone bucket mount?? looks like it is braking or coming apart????

The thickness of those mounts on the bucket look like origami to me...too thin maybe 16 mm 🤔

How the H did they bend that?

When Arc gouging is that air or a gas of some sort that's blowing?

hard to believe they wouldn't pay to have it line bored. expensive piece of machinery to scrimp on the repair. oh well

That is making something from nothing. That lift arm was in pretty rough shape. Another time where you almost wish it was broke all the way off

Great video as always Issac, always look forward to your videos, when you showed the picture of the JD444E, I could see why it was damaged, that machine was ridden hard and put away wet, they had to of hit something pretty darn hard repeatedly to do that much damage, and the grader edge must also be damaged to, haha no line boring, that's the biggest thing nowadays in all fields , the customer is penny wise and pound foolish, nice work 👍

It is frustrating to be committed to build or repair and do it right and having a customer not be committed to having it done right. cheap will always cost more than quality in the long term.

These company’s own hundreds of thousands of dollars in equipment but don’t want to line bore to get the job done 100%. None the less you did great love these vids I’ve watched everyone atleast once some twice!

Use plexiglass for pattern. U can cut it with shears and drill in it.

Even though I've been following this channel for a good while, I could still watch his torch work all day. Before, I didn't think it was possible to flame cut half of the things he does, especially with the accuracy and such a clean cut. The first video that made me think "oh, this guy is good" was the kingpin replacement on an equipment trailer. Phenomenal torch work.

It "looks" so easy when I watch your video, but I'm sure it took skills and experience I can't even imagine. Thank you for sharing your work.
