What do these intelligent machines do for the turbochargers? Used to be. They had problems with the help racing to the barn for break and immediately shutting down; then the turbocharger cooked.
Welcome. I'm doing the turbo pedestal rebuild, fuel bowl delete, and some other things to a 7.3 I drive that is nearing the half a million mile mark.... Stressful, waiting for parts again... Thanks for some relief, I like your laid back attitude. I subbed, your channel really needs more viewers, you have all sorts of good hints and tricks thanks for showing!
You need a much more powerful laptop to work with or to at least upgrade that one so you don't need to wait for boot times or worry about potential data loss. I'd recommend some things to upgrade for you but I don't typically give business to shitty companies that will rip you off like Best Buy or staples and stick my neck out there for them, I'd do it myself but I don't live in Oregon anymore. But you definitely need some reasonable upgrades to that laptop or to get a slightly more powerful laptop for business.
It's always a bit of a steer when they got a fault and say they have done some work on that system! Not everybody gets things right. It's easy to assume that things are simple but one little mistake or oversight can cause big problems.
Hi Sir can you help me please on my JD 9620R as it always comeout the ECM 001.101.02 "Crankcase pressure sensor fault" warning and its already replace the crankcase airfilter and sensor. What is other possible causes. and how to rese if i dont have a computer software. thank you and more power

Hey Mr Warren those computerized deers were just coming out when I stopped farm work , the 4955 as all 55 series were new and nice with diagnostics, they are wore out tractors u get to repair now seem pretty handy for you . Still you are a master at your craft Is that from schooling and hard knocks ? Enjoy watching you fix what I operated new back in the day . Keep up the fine work feeding America , thank you
Kinda funny that even though the newer engines are way more complex and have more sensors, it can help you pin point things and making it easier sometimes. Do those tractors have an injector in the exhaust outlet or does it fire the injectors on the exhaust stroke? Thanks for the videos Warren, I like this mechanical content!
Corey Regier They have a doser valve on the outlet if the turbo, I think everyone has moved away from the fuel injector method because of fuel in the engine oil.
sometimes a man needs them easy jobs never hurts thats for sure and it's easy on the mind and body love your videos and work I learn alot from you by just watching your videos thanks for them
On my 6150R I once plugged the air filter to the point of the red light. But I never got an alarm. I was working and it had absolutely 0 power out of nowhere and I look at the dash with a red light and all that but I never got an alarm. I don’t know what the problem is. Any ideas?
western truck and tractor repair ecu 107.00 for plugged air filter. The sensor was bad we fixed it a while ago. But my problem is that if some message comes up I never hear a sound. Nothing on turn signals, alarm codes or leaving lights on and leaving at the end of the night. I never hear an alarm. A fuse or relay might be the problem
No doubt. My dad still has his first backhoe (JD 410). It's 40 years old and a "major breakdown" on that machine is a blown hydro hose. One of these days he may re-bushing the thing to tighten up the 3 feet of slop in the swing!
I no I'm a bit late to the party but that transmission code is caused by a little wax thermostat in the transmission filter head. All the diagnostic stuff blames the switch but it never is. It's the thermostat that feeds the switch. They are not that bad to change in the r series but u have to move front cab mount on the 30 series
+Noel Hohberger I just have the service manuals, go to EPC catalogs.com and for 500 bucks you can download the service manuals for about every John Deere made.
