This is our first year planting and harvesting pinto beans so we broke out the John Deere 9670 and got to work. We wanted something new and exciting that might just also make us a little bit more money. Sorry for the short video but this week was very hectic. Thank you for watching and remember, it's a great day to feed the world!

I have all respect for you men that feed the world. I retired a large city facilities manager and couldn't help wondering what would you do if you hadn't caught the pulley and it were to break in the field and couldn't find one. would you just have to weld it up, and go on using it?

Thank you! Yes weld it a hopefully it would hold. Call a few junkyards. We have a spare smaller combine we can use in a pinch. Thanks for watching and the comments!

What a beautiful sample of Pinto beans...wow...CLEAN. Good find and fix on that fan sheeve...you're making me wanna go over our combine again. Started 1.0 soys this week and some ran real nice, yesterday the field I was in, vines still tough, but I pushed them through to get another 20 acres of wheat ground ahead...2pm-7pm for 20 acres...do the math on my avg mph....😤

Slow and steady wins the race! Our soybeans are barely ready, would like to get our wheat finished Monday. We have to get the black beans off soon too, good luck 👍🏻

FlexxiFingers helped me reduce header loss in purple hull peas. They're expensive but worth the money.

I will look into those, thank you! I’ve never heard of purple hull peas. Where in the world are they grown? Are they for human consumption?

I just watched a RU-vid about those Flexxifingers, they do look like they would work great 👍🏻
