@@londog53511 n your clearly the most unintelligent person on the face of the earth if you really believe That, Or simply put, in a shorter version "your a narrow minded john deere fanatic."
It's a terrible idea, sure it may be easier to dump with but the combine dumps on the right side so to basically do anything you have to fold the augers in and out every time wich is bad on it
@@thebeast8285Not folding the auger leads to accidentally hitting it on something, I don't understand people running around the field with their auger all the way out. That's begging for a huge repair bill. Just fold the auger, it LITERALLY takes only 10 seconds on these carts.
Dustin Beckley actually we have had the biggest repairs on our carts in the connection between the augers because every time you fold the auger they go out of time and then when you start the PTO they bang back together, but if you leave it unfolded there is no way for them to get out of time. It also wears out the hinge faster and when the auger unfolds if you don't slow it down at the end it bangs which leads to welds breaking or cracks to form.
Philip Logemann i agree especially on the older carts newer ones are designed much better everyone in my area folds augers cause an accident is far more expensive then repairing the hinge in maybe 15 years
I'm not even a farmer ... guys you could have 60' header amd run fast , isn't it what grain it drops out the back and how clean it trashed or have things changed since when I ran a 1959 JD 95..16'header I wss only 11 yrs old
Same reason they're running a 40ft head and not a 50ft, can't handle it. Guys I know had a X9 demo and it didn't perform any better then an S series. Overpriced junk
Got to agree with you there... Even the demo for Mike, Deere done a runner and pulled out... Got to agree with the other comment.... Over priced and under performance so it seems...
@@jackbannock3458 Number 1, it has much more output than an s-series we had one on demo in the U.K. and it has the same performance as 2 s690’s. Number 2 of course it could handle a 50 ft, it would just have to go a bit slower like all other combines. The reason it was not cutting full width is because it was doing an AB line for the gps.
@@HectorGarcia-nb2ld yeah, that is very stupid. You can’t tell how good a combine is or what it’s like inside by staring at it. Also you could say a new Holland is just a yellow Jd/CaseIh/fendt/gleaner as all twin rotor combines are based on the same design.
