Thanks for this. I didn't like all the other methods of repair I've seen like screwing a screw into the black epoxy above where the wire goes in. But this seems like the most permanent fix. So there is definitely a pin inside to solder to?
Test your battery first. The electric clutch draws enough it can reveal battery issues like that almost stalling while engaging. If it isn’t that there are a lot of other options, which could be an almost separated wire like this.
Yeah it’s frustrating! I wish there was a connector there, but it must have something to do with all the vibration right under the motor they hardwire that end idk.
