either way both of them are amazing! john really needs to do his solo stuff it's so amazing and it needs to be heard and it just can't if he's in the chili peppers, and the chili peppers are still doing amazing! stop making such a big deal of john leaving, it's what the man wants and who's to deny him of what he wants?
He was talking about Josh Klinghoffer, who is, at that, a very talented guitar player and vocalist. He is the only one, beside John, who could fill in as the guitar player. You probably read over the 'S' in Josh and thought it was John. Just clearing that uo for ya ;)
