John Gallagher Jr. is one of the few broadway stars whose solo material I genuinely enjoy, his raw folk/ bluegrass style is just so gorgeous. I love that this new musical is allowing him to combine his two loves of folk and broadway!

JGJ is one of the most underrated Broadway and film actors of our generation right now and dude is just starting. Household name in 10 years minimum.

Saw him in this last night at Berkeley Repertory Theater. He and the whole cast were fantastic.

I saw him in an episode of "modern love" on Amazon TV and I just thought he was really good. Of all the episodes they had, his was my favorite.. He was very good. I had no idea he was a singer as well.
