As a retired urban planner and transit fan, I greatly enjoyed your presentation. You are very knowledgeable about the variety of modern rail transit systems, and your ideas about how to incorporate transit into a model layout are well thought out. I'm glad to see some attention being given to a topic which has been largely ignored. My own layout, based on Dallas in the 1950s, includes a representation of a streetcar line which had long sections of private right-of-way and could have evolved into a modern light rail line had it not been abandoned in 1956.
