Gotti was doing more than clinching! He was hooking Floyd arm and wouldn't to let go. Kenny Bayless said he stopped the fight because Gotti kept on hooking Floyd arm and wouldn’t follow his directions when to let go. Bayless said it was no judges to score or take away points, so no penalty, so he would lose control of the fight if the fighters won't listen...so he called it off.

Kenny Bayless stopped the fight because he realized that you were getting more than just aggravated, and you were taking everything super personal, and that things were about to get out of control, y'all couldn't handle a little bit of trash talk and Floyd telling the fans to cheer for you?? you got beat up, and that's what really got to you and your team, plus not listening to Kenny Bayless after he warned you multiple times after you kept initiating the grappling while pushing your arm to Floyd's throat, that's when he stopped the fight...
