The song is beautiful, but this video is really powerful! One usually only considers how music serves picture, but this is a very compelling example of a brilliantly crafted sequence of images uplifting a song. Superbly done! - thank you!

I love John Hiatt but I have to admit, this song doesn't do much for me. BUT!! I love the attempt, the sound and the video. I think John Hiatt is a real American poet and treasure.

@@furball321 Tim, first have you looked at other tributes to 9/11? this song isn't even in it if you google 9/11 tribute songs. john doesn't say anything about getting people to rise up and go to war. the vidio shows the people in the middle of this atrocity. It gives us a lot to reflect, more than any other I 've watched. I read another of you post a few down, and it was good. what made you think thios post was needed. that's all. sometimes saying nother is better than being the person with a negative post while others are enjoying it.we don't need to know it didn't do much for you. that was not a contabution. this was the only tribute people were possitive about, the others were dividing and political.and you are right you owe me nothing. you should apologoze to mr Hiatt though.
