The Silver Eagles never cease to amaze me. I became a drill commander this year, my last year of high school, and I can only dream to get my team this good. Great job to these cadets who spent so much time and dedication into this!
Im really late on this but hear me out. The kid dropped his rifle because of the team our cadence started off fast from the get go and rarely slowed down or changed. We basically threw that year because our snowball into the cadence caused him to drop. I know this because I was in this routine on that drill pad, third squad second cadet. Was an eagle my sophomore to senior year 2018-2021 and I know He wouldn’t have dropped if we controlled the cadence In the sections we were supposed to because I was there when we got chewed out for it but it happened and we carry that L 🤷♂️
Put some bayonets on those rifles and I’ll be impressed. Until then, they’re nothing more than a dance team. An excellent dance team, but still only just. Semper Fi!
Yeah nah way harder than it looks. I doubt you could do this. Hs JROTC gets a bad rap but when there's only so much you can legally do in JROTC as a high schooler, drill and ceremonies is something we did with the utmost pride and discipline we were definitely better than active duty when it came to drill and ceremonies. That was just a fact
