I'm physically disabled and a first time voter. I walked 2 miles in 88 degree heat and stood in line for 40 minutes to vote for Harris/Walz today. We can discuss specific policy later. Important to note about the minimum wage: Reagan's union busting is a HUGE reason why wages haven't kept up with inflation. But he's finally doing a sit down interview because he wants to make sure the American people know from his mouth directly. He's trying to reach a bigger audience, and remember... he's a general. I'm curious about something: How do Trump supporters reconcile their position with our military heritage? Our country stands strong today because brave men and women - including members of my own family - chose to serve and sacrifice for our protection. Without these servicemembers defending our nation, where would we be? As someone who deeply respects our military, I find it perplexing to see support for a leader who has shown such disregard for military service and sacrifice.
I truly think there will be a lot of Republicans that who are going to vote for Harris and not say anything to anyone,hard core Republicans in many cases are afraid to vote anything other then that but truly deep down I think many will grit their teeth this time so that Trump will be bye bye and the Republican Party of yesterday can try to get back to what it once was. Most of the countries have been independent from colonial rule for 50-75 years only and thriving - there are countries that are not that democratic but still doing very well The problem is this country is federal republic and I heard enough people say that means Republican party should be voted for and they also do not know different between democracy and democrat party

I have a long history of men in my family ancestry who served our country. My Dad was a naval officer for 20 years, my grandfather fought in the Korean War, and I have ancestors who fought in our country's conflicts as far back as the French Indian War. They are all real men, and Trump will never be a real man.
