We also need every county in the USA public transportation robust. Rail must be fundamental to travel across the entire country. It is possible to have air, rail and personal vehicles fit into their proper niche; each engaged in their best roles.

Albedo reflection at high frequency is reflected back to earth albeit partially,while a farming greenhouse would let it through. Also, farming greenhouse does not allow escape of long wave infrared radiation. Correction to Redhouse gases may bring more urgent action, keep us looking over our shoulder at red planet.
