This man had his life and career trashed by the media. Not a court of law but the media. They should be ashamed of themselves. If he was guilty of anything then you'd think he would have been convicted by a court but the opposite happened. The media in this country is out of control. Maybe his way around women is just clumsy. There's plenty of people like that, male & female. It comes down to a confidence (or lack of) in speaking or interacting with a member of the opposite sex.
I think if he was innocent ulrika Johnson would have said it's not John Leslie, but I won't say who it is. I don't believe she would completely vilify John and ruin his entire career.
I believe he did rape her because she just watched John take the flak when she could have stopped it. Either she's a vindictive bitch and watched an innocent man have his carrèer ruined, or her silence said it all. Why she was silent and did not name the man, I don't know. And whilst the speculation over John Leslie being the supposed man was rife, footage emerged from The Big Breakfast in 1993 of Ulrika guest presenting the show and interviewing him. Both looked very comfortable, were chatty and jokey. This show was after the date when he supposedly assaulted her.
Why are the usual men who fill comment sections whinging on against women going on against Ulrika, when she didn't name her attacker. It was Matthew Wright who said it was John Leslie.

Although worth mentioning he was fired from This Morning not purely for the allegations, but because he refused to respond to ITV during the scandal. He basically ghosted them and they had little option but to sack him.

I don't believe the allegations, The fact she never said it was him or wasn't is disgusting...I think it was a selling point in the book that was fabricated...What sort of person lets someones life be destroyed by not saying if it was or wasn't them, Just standing by and letting his life be destroyed. Well maybe an experiment is needed a false accusation should be put forward and then a news paper should print an announcement to come forward to anyone who was sexually abused by this person and wait and see and find out how many people come forward specially if the person who stands accused is a high profile celebrity.If a crime has been committed a person should report this crime as soon as possible and not wait 20 or 30 years that is just insane.
